At our Resort we allow you complete flexibility: not only breakfast or half board!
Thanks to our flexible board basis you can communicate to our reception up to the evening before if you want to add or cancel the gourmet half board: simply feel free to choose at your ease! The respective cost will be added or deducted in the final hotel invoice.

Different gastronomic offers at your disposal

Breakfast buffet

Start the day with the rich vital and gourmet breakfast buffet with regional specialities included wholefoods and dietary corner, different juices, tea Samovar and specialities of our butcher shop. On request and upon reservation we also offer products for allergic persons.

Breakfast at the Hotel***GSTÖR
Breakfast is served daily from 7.30 am to 10.00 am at the Hotel GSTÖR***: here you can choose every day a table in the cosy dining room, on the comfortable terrace or on the partially covered terrace.
Every Sunday fresh Weißwurst (white sausages) homamade in our butcher shop!

Breakfast at the Pension SONNENBICHL
Breakfast is served from Tuesday to Saturday from 7.30 am to 10.00 am at the Pension Sonnebichl. Here you can choose a table in the cosy breakfast room or in the romatic garden. On Saturday, Sunday and Monday breakfast is served at the Hotel GSTÖR***.

Gourmet half board

Every evening in the low season (March, April, October and November) we delight our gourmet half board guests in the dining room of the Restaurant GSTÖR with a dinner included salad buffet. Our large variety of drinks and the selection of South Tyrolean and international wines and distillates will surprise you.

Other options

Restaurant Palms Garden: enjoy the unique exotic setting with water, lights and palms at the restaurant Palms Garden: the perfect place for a convivial party or some moments of intimacy with your beloved. We will delight you with selected regional specialities and light summer dishes.

Restaurant Mexicos: enjoy some authentic Mexican tastes and let us delight you with enchiladas, burritos and fajitas. A lively Mexican meal is served at the restaurant GSTÖR or at the pizzeria.

Pizzeria Gstör: we offer over 50 types of pizzas baked in the wood-fired oven as well as Mexican dishes. Open from 5pm; pizzas available until 11:30pm. Closed on Tuesday.

Restaurant Gstör:

3% discount on all drinks (excluded for half board) charged to your hotel room
Menu with traditional South Tyrolean dishes, Mediterranean cuisine and grill specialities; we also offer Mexican dishes
Open from 11am, warm cuisine from 12am – 2pm and from 6 – 10pm. Closed on Tuesday.
